Kigtropin Biotechnology holds and reserves the right to solely process and ship orders under the condition that all of the following terms and conditions are accepted with a confirmed agreement from the purchaser. The purchaser agrees to adhere to all these company regulations when placing an order with us.

We are doing our best to ship orders as soon as possible. But in certain cases delivery could be prolonged due to products being out of stock, weekends, holidays, problems with courier companies etc.
We guarantee to reship your order should it not be delivered due to customs problems. Orders will be reshipped only if package is not shown as being delivered on the courier company website. Orders will not be reshipped if they appear delivered, our responsiblity to provide the good ends when the courier company states the package as delivered. In case of packages getting confiscated by customs you will be responsible to send us the documents proving that. Once we verify with the courier company and with customs we will reship the order.
If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be missdelivered and/or returned to sender. We takes no responsibility for order losses caused by this misdelivery or for losses occurring because shipments are unreturnable due to discreet shipping.
Packages cannot be returned back or refunded.
In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened. Returns are accepted only if products are proven to be unusable.
